One of my new pursuits is using my voice for narration, voice-over, and declamation. I have already done so, for instance, as the narrator in Le Roi David by Honegger, and for connecting texts in concerts and operas.

Educational

I also like to work on diction and pronunciation with students. Conductors from different countries have complained to me about the unintelligibility of singers, both soloists and choir members. This has led to workshops on the subject that I have done as a part of (summer) courses in various countries.

As a hobby

Since foreign languages have always fascinated me, I now hope to further improve my skills in this area. It’s also good brain exercise for senior citizens!
